The bylaws committee consists of:

The bylaws committee is working on putting together a draft for proposed changes to update the bylaws of the association. The committee is currently in the discussion and drafting phase. After this phase is completed all proposed changes will be shared with property owners for feedback. The committee, once they deem all appropriate feedback has been integrated, will submit the proposed changes to the board. The board will then approve or disapprove the draft. Once the bylaws committee and board are in agreement, the proposed changes will be submitted to the property owners for a vote to approve or reject each change.
Drafts will be posted here for property owner feedback as appropriate. We also encourage property owners to attend board meetings where the bylaws committee will be giving reports to the board and the property owners.
