NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Camp Branch Acres Property Owners Association (CBAPOA) will be held as follows:
Date: Saturday, May 23, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM Location: Joe Chambers Home, Channel Drive
PURPOSE OF MEETING: Review of Association matters and updates; Member comments and discussion; Counting of votes for the open board positions and the ballot initiative regarding proposed changes to the Secretary position.
BOARD POSITIONS: Three (3) positions on the Board of Directors were open for this term. The Association received three (3) candidate submissions: Jerry Sullivan, Charlene O’Brien, Eric Cravey. Texas Property Code requires an election to be held even though the three positions are uncontested. You will find the candidates listed on the ballot.
ALL PROPERTY OWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND. This notice is provided in accordance with applicable Texas law and the governing documents of the Association.
